Local delivery and collection
If you're in Coventry and the surrounding areas — postcodes CV5, CV1, CV4, CV6, CV7 — you'll see free delivery and free collection at checkout. Delivery is by hand, usually within a couple of days. Collection means arranging a time by email once the order comes through.
Everywhere else in the UK, prints go rolled in a rigid tube, tracked, at £4.95, or £7.95 if you need it the next working day.
If something arrives damaged
Send a photo to hello@michaelking.site within a fortnight and you'll get a replacement if one exists, or a refund if it doesn't. Tubes usually survive the post, but not always.
Commissions
Occasionally, yes. Email with the film or record and roughly what you have in mind. Expect a few weeks rather than a few days.
